Hey fellow office dweller... If you're supposed to be oh so 'OMG I'm so good with the interwebz' why can't you work out that the reason nothing on your computer is printing is because you're printing to the printer marked 'upstairs'? So in fact all your printing is sitting upstairs in the printer.
