Kerala-literally means the land of the coconuts. It’s one of the most beautiful and best run states in india. Literacy here is near 100% (take that, america). And coconuts really can really be used for EVERYTHING. We learned how to make alcohol out of them but it involves climbing really high palm trees so that won’t be happening anytime soon.
