as for the shoes i got the purple-patterned kitten heels. the sizes available were an issue, & these are even 1/2 size too big. but they match the dress & are cute. i ordered them on a monday (well, sunday night) with free 4-5 day shipping & they got here on wednesday! i also really like the ups package tracking.

Zappos is my new boyfriend. Which is bad because he makes me pay all the time.

Those kitten heels are adorable. Could you put some insoles in them to make them fit better? I often have to do that with shoes that don't have half-sizes, and it usually works ok for me.

Do your Earths have all that colour? They're adorable. I think I'll have to get a pair, probably sometime after Japan, though.

I'm sorry about your gerbil issues. That's no fun. Hopefully the one round of care will make things all better, and you won't have to do it again.

i like browsing through all the shoes best. my favorites list is huge but i'll probably only buy a small percentage of them.

i got some heel things for the back & stuffed some tissue paper in the toes. i think any kind of hosiery is out of the question, they'd just slip around more. i might wear them out a few times to get used to them.

yup, all that colour! i wore them to work with black scrub pants & a light blue tee & a few people pointed out how i matched. jamietoon pointed it out too. they're fun

i feel so bad for little err. jamie & i made up little songs to ease the trauma for everyone involved. but if it's got to be done again, we'll do it again. she's a member of our eclectic family.
