Yesterday Genna stood proudly over the defeated corpse of her nemesis, the dreaded Vacuum Cleaner. The motor finally gave up the ghost, have worn it’s self out chasing toddlers around and eating string.

Now we need a new one.

Any suggestions?

We have an extra... but its belt has either broken or slipped, so the little brush thingy doesn't turn. If that would nevertheless help you (probably not hard to fix), it is offered.

yeah, Dysons have something of a price tag. I'm looking at a Hoover that has the cyclone action too, but less than half the price.
