Relevant issues and fandom happiness with a touch of tea.:)

In an effort to keep my LJ from interfering with me being happy and focused, I deleted some journal entries. And I discovered why I kept running around in circles about the thing with the show and others like it when usually I take a wait and see approach or leave at that.

Point 1 - I'm just going to say that TV land has really sketchy issues with ( Read more... )

It's always sad to watch when the writers think they can just do whatever they want just because they have an established story and estabished fanbase. It's like instead of going with what how they started, some writers care only about the ratings and do things they think people would find "interesting". Or they mess something good up, just because they think drama is needed or something. I have no idea, I'm not able to think like that. But it happens more in shows. When it comes to that I wish there was more shows like "Southland", for example.

I'm so glad you liked "Grimm"! It's great to see more fans. I love how the characters are established so far... and you're right, Nick's aunt is pretty much amazing. I hope the show will so well and get more episodes!
I just finished re-watching the first episode and I can't wait to see the second one :D

I can't wait for new episodes of Merlin and PoI!

Well I will still give one of the shows in question the benefit of the doubt so far because the ep hasn't aired yet but still CBS and the fans who can't see whats wrong accepting this as ok make me even more angry.

Grimm is awesome and it's nice to see it doing well in the ratings war.

I guess some people just watch for the entertainment without thinking about some things. It happens a lot whe, for example a show ruins most of the characters, but people still have one or two characters they can hold on to and focus on them instead of on the things that were ruined. Every person has different priorities while watching. I guess.

I haven't seen the ratings, but if you say it's doing good then I'm happy :D

I've never understood that because once they start messing with a couple characters it will eventually happen to all of them.
