I agree, I would like to kick Shane in the pants for pushing this shit idea on his writers who, well I won't name any names but at least one alluded to the fact he was glad he didn't have anything to offer or say about the Sam family thing and yeah, I can see why because it makes no sense at this point
( ... )
Still not sure the rest of the team knows he is married because he doesn't mention her nor does he wear a ring. It kind of fits with Callen cutting Kensi off when she wanted to know the story about Sam's multiple kids. And the conversation Sam had with Saleh which shocked me in Greed when they played it like Saleh had no idea either.
I like the unhappy marriage thing because it actually fits with the character and all we have seen in the previous seasons and the current. I found when Sam told Roger in 'Partners' that his family will never truly know him very telling because he said 'never' meaning he feels he can't do anything to change that (and we know he can) and that he is prepared to live with that.
Can't wait to see what you have to say, I honestly feel like I'm missing something since nothing has changed at all. Unless people are just pissed and rightly so that they introduced this plot line for nothing?? I'm just meh about this being Sam's long-term story line when I would rather it focus on his past as a SEAL.
