We'll see how civilized America is if Bush gets to appoint another SCOTUS Justice...
A lot of things we take for granted - contraceptives, unions, warrants, OSHA - could go the way of the dodo if one of the 5 relatively moderate justices retires or - gods forbid - passes away.
