today was very tiring. we did 3 laps with bleachers and conditioning for cheer class, then we had to stretch out, do a lil more conditioning, then we stunted and did the competition routine for nationals a couple of times. i am officially POOPED....i wouldn't have been so bad if it hasn't been like over a month since we've ran and conditioned!!!
