ok well i didn't run today because well i don't like to exercise solito i get bore and well i don't like it yeah vero went to her friend's house and stupid antonio who was suppose to stay today didn't but i'm going morrow no matter what i don't like it but there's nothing i cyan do if i want to lose all this fat i need to exercise. anyway 'twas ok
