A/N: My second try to write for this drabble challenge. Now it’s too short and even I don’t quite know what it is about.
They were the unlikeliest people to meet in a bar.
“I didn’t think you were one for Firewhiskey, Granger,” Draco commented wryly when he sat down on the bar stool beside her.
“I didn’t think you would be one to frequent shady bars,” she replied before downing another shot. “Posh clubs seem to be more your style.”
That was the extent of their conversation. The rest of the night they sipped their drinks quietly, side by side.
But they went home together and whatever problems had driven them to seek solace in alcohol and each others company were soon forgotten.
