I have come to the conclusion that I cannot collaborate.

I can't. I can't write with people. Half the things I want to say I don't say because I think they'll sound dumb; half the things I do say get reactions that suggest they were probably dumb; half the things my collaborator says I don't like, and half of those I refrain to comment on for fear

You can always try brainstorming, where you and anyone you're working with can just list every idea for something that they can think of. No criticism for any idea, no matter how "dumb" someone else thinks it is. There's a whole bunch of sites out there with more info, like this and this. Or you can just search {insert your preferred search engine here} for "Brainstorming".

I really wish you WOULD say something cuz I hate writing that bloody thing all by myself. My ideas are way lamer.
