Well, they passed some bills in California making it mandatory that all foster youth get funding for college, counceling on how to get into college, and more training as far as life skills are concerned.
So I went to the San Fran hearing on the bills, and told them why my scholarship would be beneficial to all foster youth.
And how necessary it is to have that opportunity for all of us.
