I know what you're missing is cardio, but have you given pilates a try? The "Windsor" series is really good and mostly laying on the floor type of stuff. There's a lot of breathing,too, so its very relaxing. Let me know if your interested and I'll try to find a DVD burner so I can make you some copies.
