Skipping Happy December [10]

I'm really sorry to hear that. :( But it's also good to know that he is safe and also was able to save his dogs.

Recreating a house that was lost to a disaster like this seems like such a nice way to say goodbye to it and remember it all at the same time.

I hope your granduncle will have things work out with the insurance and get through this tough time. *hugs*

Thanks Doda. It's early to talk about his golden years, he's 52. But yes, the most important thing is that he survived.

It must have been a real relief to hear he managed to save not only himself but also his dogs from a burning house made of wood. What a different story this could have been. I sincerely hope things change for the better for him :)

Im so sorry to hear that and Im glad he was able to get away along with his dogs...it's really awful when things like this happen and someone loses their home but it's still a good thing he's safe. I hope everything gets better for him soon and that the insurance will help :(
The house looks lovely and as Strange Tomato said, it's a nice way to remember the house by.

Thank you, losing a home really is awful, I can't even imagine how I'd feel.
