Recipe: 40 Clove Garlic Chicken

This recipe is from The Stinking Cookbook by The Stinking Rose restaurant in San Francisco. It's very good. The only thing I would change is the amount of flour. Unless you're cutting your chicken into a billion pieces with lots of surface area, 1 cup is waaaaay too much ( Read more... )

It's verbatim from the cookbook/website. Maybe the garlic has gotten to their heads.
