Recipe: Potato Waffles

Sounds odd, but they are delicious. We were wanting waffles, but I wanted something savory and the King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion came to the rescue! They even have it on their website so I don't have to type it out. I also bet they'd make great pancakes if you don't have a waffle doohickey.

Weird. I love latkes...I never thought to take it to the logical extension and instead of pancake shaped potatoes make potato flavored pancakes.
I should try scaring number six with these. Just as soon as i can move my back without screaming pain from angry sunburn. Thanks!
