Circadian Hijinks

It is now a full week of my body automatically waking up at 6:45, except for today where it let me sleep until 6:50. No matter when I look at the clock in the kitchen the time is always the same 6:54. No matter when I go to bed 11p or 2a when I look at the clock as soon as my eyes open that's the time.
