*sigeth!* The fish pond out the front was running low on water .. so I thought I would save the fishies and put the hose in it to fill it ... and then I fell asleep ... and now most of the fishies are dead :( Once again a lovely metaphor for my entire life. But given the fact I'm sposed to be being optimistic I shall try to ignore it

You're starting to sound like Nick (as in one I live with) now. After the light globe in our living room melted the light socket and the globe because I foolishly assumed that light sockets over here were similarly rated to 100W, just like in Australia, he started freaking out, claiming that something bad was going to happen or that it had happened (I couldn't work out which he meant).

Admittedly, he was stoned off his nut at the time, but I say that just increases the reasons you shouldn't sound like him.

Just so I can be like everyone else.. I would attempt a metaphor but I am really bad at them so I will just state "life is like an umbrella full of potatoes, confusing"
