I have been quiet of late, some of you may have noticed this.  Well I have been working my ass off ever since I came back from America.  It's not being a Manager that's the hard part, it's trying to get everything done and correctly that is the trouble.  My staff consists of  2 cognitivly challenged Females and a huvanistic Pig of a Man/Lad.  (

Are you free on sunday? Let him spend some time with you, if possible, and think of something nice to get him for Easter instead.
