I tried to post the other day and couldn't get it to work. I was never sure whether it was my internet connection (which can be wonky) or LJ. Well, judging from what everyone else is saying, it must have been LJ. I'm glad it's back. ::hugs LJ ( Read more... )

Yes, LJ was annoyingly uncooperative last week. (I even opened a Dreamwidth journal as a back-up because I had fandom questions I needed answers to. Not leaving LJ though.)

Thanks! Yeah, I saw you opened a dreamwidth journal. Is it much different from LJ? Is it where all the cool kids in fandom are playing these days (LOL)?

LOL. That's what I'd asked Gabrielle prior to getting the DW account. It's not all that different from LJ. They call some the Friends list "Reading" and you have to Grant Access and/or Subscribe to your reading list.

Since LJ came back online I haven't really been over there. It really is going to just be a back up place.

I have only watched the first episode of the new Torchwood so I have been avoiding your reviews. I will try to watch the second episode tonight but knowing me I will run out of time, LOL.

I thought it was pretty funny too, especially the scene with the dress fittings. Now I guess I have to see Horrible Bosses to see if it lives up to all the hype, LOL.
