I am totally falling apart at the seams.  due to some really ridiculous circumstances, I never got to be at the hospital today to see Jon after his surgery & thus also wasn't able to talk to the surgeon about what they found/did.  Jon's mom was there instead, and what she told me the surgeon said was totally confusing & scary & I'm pretty sure she

I have no doubt that this is worse in translation but nonetheless I am sorry to hear you don't have the information you want. You do know that it's okay to fall apart as soon as B is in bed, yes? I would offer to come sit with you but S is babysitting for someone so it's just me and M tonight. I hope you get to sleep and I hope tomorrow is a brighter day all around. You can do this, but you don't have to do it NOW. Thinking of all of you.
