took all of 15 minutes got told the job i was offered i have to apply for told the job i was hoping to be made permanent for i also have to apply for and that i need some training to pay claims and without that no chance. I would have thought the fact you are willing to do training in your lunch hour should stand you in good stead as they'll see how serious and committed you are.
