The human body is so incredible. I've been so resentful of my weight, I sometimes lose sight of how much this body has done for me. I have decided this year I'm just going to concentrate on treating my body with respect. After all, it was this body that allowed me to have two healthy babies.

After seeing my twin sister give birth, I was thinking the same thing! This year I've decided something similar to you. Instead of focusing on getting to a certain weight or BMI, I'm just going to focus on living healthy and happy and seeing how my body responds. I also didn't make any new years resolutions because I'm so bad at keeping them and always feel bad when a new year comes and I've failed to live up to my list.
