I'm learning guitar too! Who are you taking lessons from? I've just been teaching myself.

Right now I'm trading piano lessons for guitar lessons with my friend Brandon. He really wants to learn the piano, and I really want to learn the guitar and we both have the other skills, so we went for it. He is just helping me learn basic chords right now and chord progressions. As I progress, he will show me more complicated stuff. I'm teaching him how to read music, understand time and key signatures, and he is working on basic scales. It's been a lot of fun. How is teaching yourself going? I tried that a while back, but lacked the motivation to keep learning. I need an outside source of motivation and accountability to keep me going with some things. I think it is great you are learning too!
