By they way, I don't peel the pear as the recipe suggests! I forgot to mention that. It's a time saver in my opinion and still tastes really good!

This sounds tasty! I usually just make the same old balsamic vinaigrette because I love it and it's so easy, but I bet my older son would adore this dressing. It'd probably be great on a salad with blue cheese. Thanks for the recipe.

I'm a bit of a salad dressing making/experimenting freak! I've always been disappointed with store bought dressings so a few years ago I started making my own and will never buy dressing again!

By the way, I don't peel the pear as the recipe suggests-too much extra work and it still tastes fine + the fiber!
