That looks delicious! And good for you :) I hear that kind of diet can actually really help. I know someone who had bad psoriasis and I think she did the elimination diet for awhile and it really helped!
I tried flax oil for a while and it didn't help. The fish oil is the same kind of idea and I've really upped my dosage. I hope that fish oil will do the trick as I'd LOVE to keep drinking wine and eating cupcakes. Wow, do I miss cupcakes!
Hi Kali, Sorry to hear you have eczema; I have it too. I have been going without gluten, dairy, egg, soy, and oats since 2000. I fall off the wagon every now and then (like this weekend) and I always regret it, then I get really motivated not to cheat. The eczema gets way worse (and I need the prescription steroid cream) when I do eat things I'm not supposed to. Hearing that you're going without encourages me not to cheat. I got some fish oil, but I keep forgetting to take it.
Good for you Kali, I know it's hard but you can do it! Just keep in mind that once you're body has none of those foods in it's system you can test which one is causing the problem, and then you'll be able to go back to eating most of them! AND not have to use steroid cream. yay! it looks like you are managing to keep it delicious!
