Gorgeous produce, and what pretty flowers! Can you use the borage flowers for any kind of cooking? That might be a weird question, but I know that the oil from the plant can be used in certain cosmetics and stuff... Just wasn't sure!

Thanks! The borage flowers are edible. I toss mine on salads or they can be used to decorate a cake or cupcakes. I also freeze them into ice cubes and they look pretty floating around in a glass or iced tea.

Awesome! Now that you say that I'm fairly sure I asked this before, but I can't ever remember! I need to grow some. I think my husband would really like to grow them too. He's always in to neat plants! I bet those look gorgeous in ice cubes as well. What a great idea!
