Come to think of it, every "No Dumping" sign is always littered with trash! Hah.
The house is really cool. Dave went in it a long time ago, when they were having a mellow party. The boys who lived there at the time had come over earlier that day to tell us they were going to have a party that night. Dave just wanted to see what they were like and the inside of the house, so he went in and walked around. He said the interior was really cool. He also informed me there was no beer! Hah! Later we found out they were a bunch of Christian boys. Now it's a mix of boys and girls. All really quiet. Just, well a bit messy.
Once this damn rainy weather passes, we will start on the rest of the fence!

But the sign vindicates my No Dumping Theory: have you ever seen a no dumping sign that didn't have a bunch of rubble or junk around it?!?
I hope someone buys that place before it falls apart. It looks like it could be a very cool house.
