There's two different plain rice congee you can end up with.. the really soupy one (excellent if you want more water, also the recipe above) or the more ricey one (less water, more rice... I think it's done with putting less water in... I should ask mom.)
It's good in the morning (yay breakfast!) or when you're feeling under the weather... :3 This is usually what I get instead of chicken soup.
