Spring Break Summary!
Spring Break was alright. I didn’t get most of the stuff I was planning on doing done. Oh well, just a couple weeks left and then it will be summer. Oh boy, summer… That brings on simultaneous feelings of excitement and dread. Kinda boring update, but very good day.
Good day, today. Had breakfast at Sunroom Cafe with Bui, Karen, Ryan, Patrick, and Ashley. It was so yummy! Banana wheatcakes and chai tea! And we actually got a nice table together in the sun.

I'm so sleepy. Saturday dad decided to rearrange our kitchen at 7 am and succeeded in banging on the wall that connects to my room for quite some time, so I simply woke up. Sunday, he decided to rake off the roof which was awfully loud, so I got up early again. Then, I worked a double/close. Luckily, we got out around 1:30. Tonight I worked again. ( Read more... ) -

Last night, I almost got hit by the Obama bus. Literally. Ok, so it was actually the entourage, the undercover cop car in front... Anyway, like 5 police vehicles, the gigantic bus, and then about 3 more police cars crossed my path as I tried to cross Dayton. Super-exciting.

This past weekend was fun! I took the Badger Bus home. AJ sat in front of me. Catching up was fun. Nick picked me up from the airport. I made an apple pie. It was delicious. Spam, Tommy, Jenni, Colin, Drake, Joel and I went ceili dancing for peace! It was so fun, as usual. We did this new Scottish ceili that was amazing and involved much spinning ( Read more... ) -

Ok, so I've made my peace with the weather. I was frustrated, but after allowing myself extra time to get to class, I caught some buses and it wasn't so bad, other than being packed like sardines. At least it was warm.
