Thank you, I'm beyond pleased with how these came out! In some of the other shots I had a silk parasol ~ I can't believe I was brave/foolhardy enough to pull it out in the wind we were experiencing that day!

as if a tornado is moments away from forming in the distance.
I actually told the photographer that during the shoot (and I've always been quite into meteorology, so it wasn't a lighthearted comment either)! The winds were something else that day. I joked later that she should photoshop a tornado into the background ;)
I finally was able to shoot that beautiful bustle jacket but due to some frustrating lighting and prop issues the shots that really show it off fully ended up being scrapped. I do intend to shoot it again however.
Absolutely breathtaking! That first picture is so beautiful. Were I you, I'd frame it and hang it on my wall and make everyone who walks into my house look at it. Stunning.
Also, I may now know where my tax rebate is going. ::drools over those clothes::
Actually, I do believe the photographer is willing to sell prints... I'm definitely going to get at least one or two, but it's going to be hard to decide on which because there are some other very beautiful shots ~ I just didn't want to besiege you with all of them here & now ;)

The second and third photos remind me of something that one might see in a Tori Amos album. I think it is your facial expression in the second pic.
These are all good things. :)
Thanks for the glimpse of creation...

I think you'd like a few others that were taken that day as well ~ it was just such a challenge to narrow down the selections!
