"Kame went to the ENT hospital. he said he feels ache in his ears at the summer event. Hope he will be fine."

ENT is one of the branches of the Medical field. So maybe snosno0223 means that Kame went to a doctor who

I read a report about him complaining his ears hurt, I think after that he immediately check up .... hopefully not something serious ....
