if it was a TOTAL and complete stranger, then that's really weird! i mean i've been in times when I didn't have money and if I didn't see anyone I knew, I would just have to suffer the consequences. I mean, from their perspective, not knowing who i am, how would they know if I'd ever return them the money, if I could even find them again, or if I could even remember who they were?!

i know it's hard to lie when you do have money on you.. but i guess just grit your teeth and do it next time?
