I've come to realise
1. I've come to realise that, my ex(es) : were mistakes best forgotten.
2. I've come to realise that, I talk : too much sometimes and too little other times; there is never a happy medium.

5. I've come to realise that, I have lost : my zest for life now that summer is over.

15. I've come to realise that, before I go to sleep at night I : really shouldn't eat cheese sandwiches and drink lots of milk.
