Ouch !

I sliced both my left thumb and pointer finger while cooking lentil cream soup >_<

A very bloody cut indeed. But guess what ? I managed to grab some piece of kitchen roll and compress the wound until the bleeding stopped, while glancing at it from time to time...and I didn't faint ! Just a little hot flush and voila. I'm far from being able to ( Read more... )

I'm far from being able to keep my cool when confronted to my own blood, but I'm very proud of myself right now ^_____^

But you're okay with other peoples' blood, I'm assuming, if you're a nurse. XD

I sliced open my thumb when opening a can of beans. Right down to the bone. The kitchen looked like the scene of a massacre, blood everywhere! To this day, I have a massive scar on my thumb and I never regained all the feeling in it.

Not yet, at least not with the "niagara falls" sort of way. I also feel dizzy during surgical procedures @_X

And you didn't pass out ? I would have been comatose for weeks after that O____O
Ouch indeed. I can somehow relate to the loss of feeling, as the tip of my nose never regained its full sensibility after surgery (5 years ago I guess). This is an awkward sensation...

It's pretty much healed now, except for some blood trapped into my skin ;)
