*ahem* Okay, I need the service number for Photoshop. It asked me that as soon as I installed it. Also, I got on Photoshop (After I clicked 'try free for 30 days') and it just showed a blank grey screen with a bunch of tools all around it. Umm... How do you get an actual image on there to work with? I'm so lost, but I guess that's to be expected.

Lawl, Photoshop.

Just go to the menu and click File>Open or File>New, in case you haven't figured it out already.

But yes, markers are torture. DX I'll stick to coloured pencils and Photoshop kthx.
