11/7 Kaya events live report ^^
^-^ When I saw kaya!!
I started writing this right after it happened x_x but since I been so busy after it I didnt have time to post but here it is finally! :D
Day 1 Friday
We arrived at the con and went to the Cure dealers room booth where they said Kaya would make a appearance Oh some of the Kaya goods they sold were
pamplets, postcards,kaya furry fan, small compact mirror, towel, white wrist band, 2 different kaya posters, Chocolat single/poster, Glitter album/poster, Kaya 2009 calender, Kaya live DVD,
so we waited and I decided to look around at goods while waiting in front of the kaya goods table booth when suddenly with no announcement Kaya appears! :D I didn't know what to do @_@ kaya was standing front of me..then the people that came with him said we could ask Kaya any questions we might have.
Kaya was wearing a wa-loli/kimono purple floral on white dress with a while corset and a purple matching headpiece with platform boots.
I didn't know what to ask I didn't know we'd be able to ask anything to him I thought he was just gonna sell his cd's and stuff XDD
So I asked How his trip to America was going?
Kaya: and translator person asked him and he replied it was going great.
So kaya waited there and I asked what brand or who makes his costumes?
Kaya: he said he has different designers make them.
Kaya seemed nervous but who wouldn't be. Then other people asked him questions like
How long it takes him to do his makeup?
Kaya: and he said 1 hour.
another was What was his favorite picture of him?
Kaya: he answered pointing to his 2009 calender page of him sitting on a couch in his black/white Chocolat costume.
I also asked if He would ever let overseas fans join his fanclub?
This questions seriously got lost in translation because it took 4 people to try figure it out when suddenly Kaya answered to me in japanese >_> something I don't know japanese but I was ok with that answer..
but the 4 people still figuring out the question and answered to me that Kaya just want's everybody to be happy. XD I was lost hehe
then they told me to shake Kaya's hand and I did happlily of coarse as well as other people did too and people gave him gifts and then they took kaya away.
Many people there were too nervous to ask questions.._.including me but I managed to some how LOL but it was so awesome to meet kaya ^_^
Day 2
It was the day of the concert so we waited in the already forming concert line outside the room. While they did sound check and practiced ^^! They handed out autographed kaya cards to people who bought tickets for the concert :D
Then after couple hours they let us in the room at 7pm I went for the right side front because all the middle was full but I was happy I was gonna see kaya!!
After opening bands played Kaya came out in the his Black Chocolat costume he also brought his two dancers from the Chocolat pv and he sang Kaleidoscope ^^ it was so fun!! He also performed "Silvery dark" while sitting on the middle of the stage he looked so pretty and his singing was flawless , he's one of the greatest vocalist I've ever heard:).I was so happy nobody screamed during the song because usually people will but they didn't :) but I could hear many sing along.
In between songs he would talk to us in japanese but I could understand a bit it was funny and when he would go side stage while sitting on a chair and sipping from his water while pointing the microphone to the audience motioning us to cheer and we did :) he did this a few times during the concert he would make us scream his name XD. During Chocolat everybody danced and kaya looked so happy with his dancers smiling and energetic! This was one my favorite performances of the concert. He left the stage for a bit while his dancers danced on stage they were good and had lot of energy. Then Kaya came out in his purple floral costume from the first day carrying a mini japanese umbrella and when he opened it pink petal popped out think he sang Kasha :D He also let us sing few verses for couple of songs (cause he noticed lots people singing along often)The concert ended with Rose Jail. ^o^ I still can't believe I had seen kaya live it's one the most greatest most fun concerts I've ever been to!!!!! ^_____^

Day 3
The Q&A day we waited in the room for kaya to come out then he came out people asked questions like
What's your favorite song to sing live?
K: Glitter arch
^^ I got up to ask him question when kaya said
Kaya: "Hizaki-san"!
I was glad he knew I was cosplaying:DD
Me:I asked if he would sing a piece of "Paradise Lost"?
Then he paused..and I thought he had refused but he was actually trying to remember the song!!XD its his song!!
Kaya: he asked me what part?
Me: Any part is fine.
Kaya: would you like to start the song/sing along?
Me: it's ok I waved no XDD
Kaya: after he sang like two words from the song he said "How's that?
Me: Great! I put my arms high and clapped so kaya could see ^^ (I was so nervous
What would you do if you were president?
Kaya: I would cover the world in glitter (he really gave this question alot of thought!^^
Would you be my lover?
Kaya: I'm too expensive.

then at the end of it people gave him gifts and shaked his hand.
I thought it seemed like a rushed and short q&A event :( Kaya really looked like he was having fun ( -__- thats what you get with anime conventions...
After was his Photo session you could take picture with him for $10 so I took one with my sisters and one by myself with kaya and he said again Hizaki-san to me!:D I hope I get the picture! it's supposed to be emailed .Edit) I got it :D post it later~.
-_- I'll skip our badluck in between (*cough* flat tire..
We somehow made it to Kaya instore in L.A and lined up then I went in and bought goods and was walking up for him to sign cd but I couldn't take out the case and when I did the guy version kaya card was exposed(it's the trading card of kaya blonde wearing white blouse that came with the chocolat single)is it rare card?! cause and his staff was like wow amazed by it somehow, including kaya himself XDD lol wth!!
Then he finally autographed it and I thanked him and left the store.
Kaya was wearing the same purple floral kimono from before oh and they were taking pictures of everyone while they got their things autographed.
^^ I was so happy to meet and see kaya live it was so great and fun!!!!
I hope Kaya enjoyed his time here and comes back ^__^ I want to see him again!!
