Taking a little time away from my finance formulas to unwind. I love that it's detailed, that there's a single, concrete, right answer at the end of each problem. I like school - I always have. Loving this weather. It's supposed to be in the 80s for the next few days. There's going to be plenty of walking and roaming the city this week.

Mr. Softee has been out and about in force for the last few days. It seems so early for the first ice cream cone of the season, but the jingle is calling...

So I've picked up a side project working with YOR Health. So far, it's been working out. I'm losing weight, I'm about 95% pain-free, I stopped being exhausted all the time, and I'm actually able to exercise again ( Read more... )

Wow. Just...wow.

I just got back from Death of a Salesman. Phillip Seymour Hoffman was amazing in that role - the whole cast was impressive. They really brought it to life...the intensity, the sadness, the slow process of watching things fall apart.

I wish I could see it again.

There's something about the sight of me reading that inspires people to come and talk to me. I was invited to join the "Brownskin Militia" while minding my own business, reading on the E train. Apparently, he just needs 12 people to make a difference.

Oh boy...
