This girl is a little too important to leave the decision up to chance but thanks for the effort jason, and btw when this situation happens to you if it ever does, please don't solve it that way. lol

actually that method really works sometimes. say it lands on heads, and I'm like oh I wish I got tails. then you know you really wana do tails. of course, I usually do it with food or 'am I going to shower or am I going to knit?'

Take her on a date, be a man. If you get a "no" (which is very uncommon) in response, just forget about her. If you can't do that... Next time you sit together, just before she is about to leave - do this: Tell her: "Oh, you have an eyelash there..." She'll probably try to remove it. Then say: "Let me help you, it's still there. Close your eyes." She does. When you "remove it" - you kiss the girl. :-) That worked for me quite a few times. Maybe would work for you too, buddy. But also might not.

boys of our generation don't seem to know how it works...i know this happened 2 me a bunch when i got 2 college....I NEVER GOT ASKED OUT! Boys...if u meet a girl, and u think she's cool, and u want 2 get to know her better and there is possibly an interest...ask her out on a date or something!!! GOSH!! Seriously though, it's not old fashioned, people still do it, and that's just the way it works. She might even pay for herself if she's cool, but it's always romantic when she assumes she is paying and then u pay for her :)! If you don't ask her out..like to do something..in public..aka NOT just hanging out being bored in ur room, even if she likes you, she is gonna think you aren't seriously interested and just move on. Trust me, i met a bunch of guys when i first got up here, and some of them seemed interested, but never actually asked me to do anything...like go eat, movie, etc. so i moved on and then they all wondered what happened...HELLO...I THOUGHT U WEREN'T INTERESTED!!! haha ok thats my story

well thank you i was hoping a girl would share her side of this, and yes it is a good point, but i still don't feel it is as simple as all that cause we are friends and so I fear making a situation awkward, ah well i have decided to tell her just the time and the place have alluded me thus far, perhaps over dinner sometime... hmmmm....
