You have been on quite the roller coaster of emotions today. Ah...the joys of motherhood.
Maya is such a doll. Those doe eyes are adorable. And I love the "Cuse Cutie" dress.
Enjoy the nap. It won't be long until they won't like to sleep on mama. I remember the early days, spending late afternoons with justin curled up on me as I watched Felicity on WE. It all goes by so fast. :)
Thank you for confirming that it is OK to enjoy Maya napping on me. I am so consumed with having her sleep how the "books" tell you too. Lately, though, I have been finding that it really stresses me out and I don't end up enjoying the precious quiet moments with her enough. I am learning not to take it all so seriously.
Sounds adorable -- too bad the camera isn't close by. I am sorry things have been so up and down for you recently. I am sure that things will work out with Maya's eating and you will get into a pattern with sleeping. It just takes time.
It is moments like these that make it all worthwhile.
Ah, the rollercoaster of emotions... with infertility, pregnancy, and now new mommyhood it seems like you have been on a non-stop ride forever! Snuggling with your two girls is the perfect excuse not to do housework or move at all... enjoy these sweet moments.
I laughed out loud at your "bitchy" comment. I say that about myself all the time! I have no patience anymore and it seems anything and everything can piss me off. Nice to know I am in such good "bitchy" company. ;-)
