Now you are without "isms". A person without "isms" is more like a person. An insect or plant is without "isms". You, too, have a life and will no longer be manipulated by any "isms", and you prefer to be an onlooker living on the fringes of society. The quote is from《一个人的圣经》and as such it's not talking about Buddhism, although it's a statement which bears similarities to some Buddhist schools of thought such as Chan views on 佛性 (Buddha Nature). As such it is somewhat contradictory to find it in Chan Buddhism, but then Chan Buddhism has a lot of contradictions in it :)
