Review for "Dark Green Episode Six" by Cherry Chan
PROMISE BROKEN!
Anyway, let's see I was...supremely disappointed in how things unfolded during "Koi" (Yay, I remembered an episode name!). Mint is a failure. Akaiya is a boob. Aozora is the Stay Puft Marshmellow face of the series.
Meanwhile in Metropolis...
Libra's hair does some preeeety interesting things.
So why is it that I still kinda like the series? I am like totally braindead or some junk. Must be.
Let's review this skank before I go crazy.

There's that familiar super Mario theme music that gets me so giddy. (I almost wrote "giffy"! What even IS that?!)
Oh goodness gracious, she has the Fat ass Aozora in the preview/title screen this time. And the name of the episode of pentagram. I'm sensing a disturbance in the E-M-O

Oh by the gods she's blaming herself for crap she's not even responsible for. RE-DONK-ULOUS! On a side note Aozora's face isn't so fat anymore. Maybe having your soul stolen...IS the ultimate dieting routine O.O

Well.
The plot moved along, didn't it?
"Koi" has become such a deadening blot in my memory that I find it hard to move past it. Especially considering the fact that this a SERIES, and things happen in CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER. So I have to permanently deal with one god awful episode and keep walking, and I mean...
I have read a lot of bad kamis. Look at these reviews. Some of these kamis that were made...were so dreadful I could never forget them. The problem here is that..."Pentagram" was not really a bad episode at all. The structure of it has clarity and it pretty sound plot wise. It moves the story in an interesting direction, and offers new opportunities for the characters AND story to grow. That's good isn't it?
Absolutely!
The music for this episode is a very good blend of songs. I found that in each situation they were appropriate and unobstrusive. The artwork is not the best I've seen in the series thus far but its up to the series' standard of quality. The animation with Akaiya and the summoning was actually pretty well done, and as far as animation goes in the series it was a good step up.
But this series is going to have to do A LOT of song and dance to make me forget the HORRORS of "Koi"
And with that I leave you. The episode itself is good.
Leave it at that.
Also I did think the author's notes were cute.
