So about a year ago I made a resolution to lose weight. At the time my design had me cutting back calories via simply counting how many I ate and restricting myself from going over a certain amount. That's seriously awesome!! Congrats, Kam! I hope that this goes really well going forward. I've had a few friends on Paleo and their meals have always been really, really good and satisfying. It sounds like you're doing much the same! :)
