I never know whether I should spend the money or save it, so I end up holding onto it for a month or two, realizing I'm not going to get anymore anytime soon and spending it. moonsail had an excellent point last night: If you've got ten dollars, you can spend ten dollars." But it's a good thing that it's too far to walk to anyplace with cheeseburgers.

I COULD walk that far, I've done it on several occasions. Hell, we've walked from our house to Frontier at least twice. I've walked alone all the way down to central to grab groceries a couple of times, too. But I'm kind of lazy and I don't like to leave the house empty during the day for as long as it takes to walk all the way there, do whatever I went there to do, and then walk back. I think things like, "What if the boy comes home early to surprise me? What if a package comes for me and I don't get it because I'm not there? What if something happens to one of the cats? What if someone tries to break in? What if I get hurt or something and no one knows I left and my phone broke so I can't call anyone?" ^_^; So if i was that desperate for a cheeseburger, I coul get one, but usually it's not worth it. Plus it gets really windy out this time of the year and I hate that. So you know. Lots of excuse not to go. XP
