If I were a private lawyer, I could do "Certified True Copy" for free if it's just a few pages and you show me the originals. I'd just run it through the copier and stamp - the photocopying might cost ridiculously more than economic cost at fifteen cents per A4 page but that's minor stuff for a friend. This guy wants a legal document running into pages. If he can't find a good free precedent online, then he's looking at intellectual property.

Have, definitely. Usually in emergency cases. Oh wait, that's the SCDF ... erm ... ah yes, in Foshan, there's a place called Bao Zhi Lin where the poor can be treated for free by a certain Master Wong ...

Think some firms do it for $75. It is substantially a one-pager though with the margins and double spacing and stuff it runs into maybe three?
