i'm sorry you'll have to do it. maybe you should just spend a few years making a shit-ton of money all the time and save it up!
either way, i hope you're starting to feel better. you could always move somewhere and go to school where you don't need a car to get anywhere (achoo!chicago!achoo!)... that might help.
oh yes... i'd love to move to chicago, i really would. three of the office/logistics jobs i applied to for schneider were up in chicago, but of course didn't make the cut. oh well. i do miss being over the road, and was thinking that if i did have to go back out i could still go to school. UC offers a surprising amount of distance learning/thru-blackboard/other online crap courses... which i did not know about until today. anyhoo... i am starting to feel better indeed, thanks for your concern... and yes, hope all is well up there in chicagoland.
see! things are looking better already. what could be better than getting a college degree without having to sit through all those boring lectures?!? i, for one, always hated having to walk around campus in the rain...umbrellas don't make the bottom of your pants and knee caps less soggy. besides...most place in this city don't have AC, and it can get just as disgusting as in cincinnati. fortunately, i have AC.
