So I got lost in Virgina too. I apparently completely missed "Old Chainbridge Road" and the Safeway on "Old Dominion Drive" was well hidden. When I went down Old Dominion the first time the water was just starting to run from the high side of the road to the low side of the road. When I came back 20 minutes later the low side (southbound) was completely underwater (to about 8" on the shoulder). Fortunately I was going north ( ... )
