I still have a bunch of Japanese cucumbers left.  Yesterday, I actually made some cucumber kim chee.  I wasn't too sure how they would come out, but I bought some Kochujang and Kochu Karu from the Waimalu Korean Market.  I didn't get yelled at from the cashier lady in the store.  LOL  My Dad's friend did though, she insisted he buy their Kochujang

I never knew how healthy this stuff is. Yep, finally I managed to make some cucumber kim chee with Kochujang and Kochukaru. LOL It came out pretty good. I want to try my Dad's friend's wife recipe. Praying, she'll give it to me. LOL
