That was the point, though. That was the only time someone could have slipped by and Erika only said it was possible for Natsuhi to do that because she was the only one who didn't have an alibi. She didn't have a 24-hour watch on the guesthouse but she was able to prove the location of everyone else at midnight except Natsuhi. That was the whole basis of her accusing Natsuhi, otherwise her theory wouldn't have worked.
Like, it's not a "timeline error", Erika admitted herself that midnight to 1am was the only window of opportunity to strike and she then named her culprit based off everyone else's alibis at the time. Unless you're trying to say that Rosa did it, but they already ruled out suicide, I think, so someone still had to kill Rosa after she finished killing everyone else.
BUT SHE DIDN'T ACTUALLY SAY THAT, SO THERE WAS A POINT OF ARGUMENT THAT COULD HAVE BEEN USED AGAINST HER! AND IF ROSA LEFT THE MANSION AT 1AM, THAT MEANT BY THE TIME SHE REACHED THE COUSINS' ROOM, IT WAS AFTER 1AM AND THEREFORE IF NATSUHI HAD DONE IT AND THEN LEFT TO GO BACK TO THE MANSION, ERIKA, IN THE 1ST FLOOR VIGIL, WOULD HAVE SEEN HER LEAVE THE GUEST HOUSE! WHICH SHE DIDN'T AND THE DUCT TAPE SEALS WERE NOT TAMPERED WITH EITHER. SO THERE!
Okay, I'm done now. Anyways, I just finished the Tea Party and ???? part. And whereas the whole Rosa thing was not used (which I find interesting, but Battler wasn't trying to deny Erika's truth but present his own), I am reasonably satisfied with the way it ended. Erika is such an awesome character, but damn do I dislike her. Makes me feel for Dlanor.
Actually, I think Erika herself explained that the killer hid in another room that wasn't sealed (to my knowledge, she only sealed the windows and the doors to Kumasawa and Nanjo's rooms) and left after 3am when everyone went to bed. Since Natsuhi's alibi is unclear for the entire night, it's possible for her to leave after 3am and not every room was sealed, to my understanding, just the windows (and they were sealed from the outside, or something?)
Meh. Semantics. I kind of wish we'd been allowed to know what theory Erika produced after Battler's 'I dun it' theory, in an attempt to save face. I wonder if it had small bombs in it. :P
Erika instills me with loathing almost as much as Takano does. Except Erika doesn't invoke a knee-jerk EVIL BITCH from me just yet. We shall have to see.

Nah, Erika just meant that Rosa was killed last, at 1am. (presumably, the cousins were killed after midnight). ACCORDING to Erika's theory anyway.
