So, today at 6:45 we finally got the phonecall. My Grandfather, who has been quite ill for a while had got worse and the doctors think that he's dying. So my Dad gets ready and dashes out to go make the 4/5 hour journey up to see him, knowing that chances are he'd not going to get all the way to the hospital in time. So while he's gone out to get

*hugs* My condolences to you and your family. It's a comfort to know that he had a full life, though.

Yeah I know, I think that's why I'm not really (really) upset. I mean, he was ill so his quality of life was really low near the end, so in a way it a relief that he's moved on.

Down side is, I'm going to miss the funeral (most likely) because I'll be in America. =/
